Any items for return or exchange must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and components intact, with the original proof of purchase. Products must also meet the manufacturer’s criteria and shows no signs of liquid or physical/customer induced damage to qualify for an exchange or refund. You will not be charged any fees for returning your purchase. If you choose to return your order through our Customer Service team, we will provide you with shipping instructions and a pre-printed shipping label.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once our distribution centre receives the item and processes your return.
